Headhunters Sp. z o.o. for its customer – an international Recruitment Company in the branch office in London – is seeking experienced and highly qualified candidates for the position of Recruitment and Sales Specialist (B2B) in multi-sector agency. The Role You will be responsible for developing sales ensuring that this generates new business growth for the Company going forward. You will build trusted partnership with potential and existing clients, develop business plans and reach financial targets. You will lead recruitment projects independently (incl. posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling interviews, collecting personnel documentation, conducting reference checks). You will be reporting figures and collaborate with General Manager. Ideal Candidate You will be an experienced and successful recruitment and sales specialist, preferably with previous experience working with multi-sector recruitment. You will be driven and motivated by sales, and winning new business. Benefits Attractive salary depending on experience + car, bonus + benefits.
